The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) is delighted to announce a recent grant awarded to the Parkersburg Police Department, thanks to the generosity of Mary Anne and Doug Ketelsen. The substantial $50,000 grant will benefit the department's Law Enforcement Support Fund.
