The PACF accepts applications for the Consolidated Scholarship Opportunities annually from December to February.

The Women's Opportunity Fund - Linda Culp Memorial Scholarship supports working women seeking to advance in their profession and progress in their career path by completing their education or pursuing additional schooling.

This scholarship is not intended for recent high school graduates or current graduating seniors.

Applicants must reside in Wood, Wirt, Ritchie, Calhoun, Gilmer, Roane, Pleasants, Jackson, Mason, Doddridge, or Tyler counties in West Virginia or Meigs, Athens, or Washington counties in Ohio.
