An affiliate is a component fund (or collection of component funds) created within or by a community foundation, such as the PACF, to serve a defined geographic region and that uses a local advisory group. Operating as an affiliate of the PACF has significant benefits—it provides significant regional economy of scale for all administrative, management and investment purposes. At the same time, local leaders can focus their efforts on fund development and grant making for a specific geographic community.

By operating collectively, our Foundation builds a more sustainable and robust regional Center for Philanthropy, making so much more possible for all of us.
