Grantmaking & Initiatives
Congratulations on receiving a grant from the PACF! The following guidelines are intended to help you publicize your organization and funded project.
The Foundation publicizes its grants through media relations, social media, publications, and its website. We encourage you to also share success stories and photos to help promote. A grant from the Foundation is a partnership. It's also an occasion to acknowledge the PACF's donors and let them know how their gifts are being used to improve the quality of life in our community. You can publicize the Foundation’s support in a number of ways.
What You Can Do
The Foundation is a partnering with your organization to help you achieve your goals. We are your partner in long-term support and grant needs. Create a link on your website to connect to the Foundation's website. You can also include our logo where appropriate.

The Foundation staff also welcomes the opportunity to give a quote for your release pertinent to your grant funded project.
Share information about your Foundation grant through your organization's newsletters, annual reports, social media, and staff and Board of Director communications.
Be sure to link to us on Facebook (@PACFwv) and on Twitter (@PACFwv) when announcing on social media.
Include a funding credit for the Foundation on flyers, programs, posters, advertisements, etc. Including signs or plaques that recognize donors at events or on buildings is always a well appreciated gesture.
You are encouraged to use the PACF logo where suitable. To obtain a copy of the logo and our usage guide, please contact Julie Posey, PACF's Development and Communications Officer.
