Stephanie Hayhurst-Hall, a dedicated insurance professional, wife, and mother, has joined the Ritchie County Community Foundation (RCCF) Advisory Board. The RCCF, established in 1999, celebrated 25 years of local philanthropy in 2024. Stephanie will support the organization in its continued efforts to enhance the lives of individuals in the community through grants and scholarships.
A native of West Virginia, Stephanie proudly lives and raises her family in Ritchie County. She embodies servant leadership, volunteering as a board member for Antero Foundation Board of Directors, Children’s Home Society of WV, Healthy Harrison Board of Directors, and the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce. Her commitment to the community is also reflected in her work providing protection to West Virginia families through insurance and financial services. In 2008, she opened her own State Farm agency, located in Bridgeport, serving West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
“My decision to join the Ritchie County Community Foundation was driven by my desire to actively contribute to the important work they’re doing in the community,” said Stephanie. “I’m looking forward to helping the board continue its mission of supporting our beloved Ritchie County and inspiring other working professionals to practice generosity through giving as we move forward into the next 25 years.”
As the RCCF moves ahead, it is committed to increasing its impact and furthering its legacy of enhancing Ritchie County through targeted philanthropic support. To date, the RCCF has gifted $1.86 million in grants and scholarships to organizations across the county, like 4-H, volunteer fire departments, the humane society, local schools, cemeteries, the Wounded Warrior Project, The Harrisville Gym, FFA, and hundreds of students through scholarships.
The RCCF is an affiliate of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF). For more than 60 years, PACF has helped individuals, families, and businesses create lasting charitable legacies. PACF supports eleven counties in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
