Organizations working for the betterment of Ritchie County recently received $8,400 in grant support from the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) and its Ritchie County Community Foundation (DCCF) affiliate through their competitive Community Action Grants Program.
The fall 2025 grant recipients include:
- Ritchie County Family Resource Network, Inc. – $2,000 for the Packs of Plenty Voucher Program
- City of Pennsboro – $6,400 for Sullivan Gymnasium restroom improvements
