Vice-Chairperson, Doddridge County Community Foundation Advisory Board
Thomas Whaling is a resident of St. Marys, West Virginia. He is a graduate of West Virginia University. He currently is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of West Union Bank. Tom has over 30 years of financial expertise and is a very active member of numerous charitable organizations including the PACF Board of Directors. He is married to Martha Hesson. Tom serves as the Advisory Board Secretary of the Doddridge County Community Foundation affiliate. When Tom first joined the board, the DCCF was dormant, but his work sustained the board and aided in its recent resurgence!
