Chairperson, Doddridge County Community Foundation Advisory Board
Rick Oyler is a retired school administrator and chairperson of the Doddridge County Community Foundation. Rick started his teaching career in Ritchie County and later moved to Doddridge County, where he stayed active in the school system as a special education teacher, school administrator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. He is a strong advocate for supporting the needs of people with disabilities as well as other community initiatives. Rick loves to fish and has enjoyed several trips down south to go charter fishing.
