RCCF Representative, Board of Directors
Jean Freeland is a resident of Smithville, West Virginia. She previously worked for an oil and gas company. After seeing her company create a fund while working closely with the Foundation, Jean decided to join the board. She spends most of her time involved with her Church and its Resale Shop, but also enjoys working on her farm and taking in the beautiful scenery.
