Cynthia Brown is a retired Senior Appraiser for the WV State Tax Department Tax and Revenue Division and was a Job Coach with the WV Family Support and Rehabilitation Services, Inc. She is dedicated to helping her community, Cynthia works part-time as a Job Coach for the WV Family Support and Rehabilitation Services, Inc. and actively engages in community volunteer opportunities and serving on other nonprofit’s boards, including the WVU-P Foundation. Singing, walking, helping youth, serving the community and traveling are just a few activities that bring happiness to Cynthia.
