The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) is accepting applications for the Women’s Opportunity Fund – Linda H. Culp Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is designed to assist working women who are looking to advance in their professions and further their career paths.
The scholarship is designed specifically for women who are already in the workforce and looking to enhance their skills and professional development. It is not intended for recent high school graduates or current graduating seniors. Previous participants are also encouraged to apply.
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must reside in one of the following counties: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt, or Wood counties in West Virginia; or Athens, Meigs, or Washington counties in Ohio.
“This scholarship represents a unique opportunity for working women in our community to further their education and professional growth,” said Jennifer Randolph, Scholarship Program Officer at the PACF. “We are honored to continue Linda H. Culp’s legacy by supporting the career advancement of women in our region.”
The application can be accessed through the Foundation’s website at www.pacfwv.com/scholarships and must be submitted by June 1, 2026.
