The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation & Regional Affiliates (PACF) recently welcomed new board members and its new Board officers for the 2023 calendar year. Board members have the opportunity to volunteer their time and serve on the PACF Board of Directors for two consecutive five-year terms.

The new PACF Board of Director members who started their first five-year term in January 2023 include:

Cynthia Brown
Cynthia Brown – Cynthia is a retired Senior Appraiser for the WV State Tax Department Tax and Revenue Division. Dedicated to helping her community, Cynthia works part-time as a Job Coach for the WV Family Support and Rehabilitation Services, Inc. and actively engages in community volunteer opportunities and serving on other nonprofit’s boards, including the WVU-P Foundation. Singing, walking, helping youth, serving the community and traveling are just a few activities that bring happiness to Cynthia.
Joshua Campbell
Joshua Campbell – Josh is a native of Belpre, though now he and his family live in Mineral Wells. He has a Masters of Accountancy from Ohio University and works as the Corporate Controller of Caron Products in Marietta, OH. Josh has years of experience in public accounting, in both assurance and tax, as well as time spent providing outsourced Controller and CFO services to international clients.
Lynn Erb
Lynn Erb – Lynn became the first of the Fenton family's 4th generation to join the Fenton Glass Company management team. She received her Masters in International Management from Thunderbird in Arizona and her BA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Years later, Lynn continues to remain active with the Fenton Foundation. In addition, she volunteers her time with the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program and many other area organizations and programs.
Alice Harris
Alice Harris - Alice is Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration of WVU at Parkersburg. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marshall University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Harris is active in our community and has volunteered her time on many area nonprofit Boards.
Lexi Miller
Lexi Miller – Lexi is a 3rd generation insurance agent at Curtis Miller Insurance in Parkersburg. Lexi follows in the footsteps of her grandfather, Paul, and father, Curtis. Prior to joining the agency, Lexi spent 7 years working at Encova Insurance, an insurance company, in Columbus, OH. She brings a breadth of knowledge, experience, and outside perspective back home to our area. She is a WVU graduate with a degree in Marketing and Leadership Studies.

“We’re grateful to have these experienced community advocates volunteer their time to help us grow a brighter and more robust region,” said PACF’s Executive Director, Judy Sjostedt Ritchie. “Each of these new members offers a variety of expertise and a shared understanding of how local giving can impact the needs of our community now and forever.”

The new Board members bring talent, knowledge, and passion to a guide the PACF’s grantmaking, collaboration and leadership efforts, and philanthropic services.

The PACF’s 2023 Board of Director Officers include:

  • Marie Caltrider – Chairperson
  • Tom Whaling – Vice Chairperson
  • Ryan Kent – Treasurer
  • Ann Beck – Secretary

Board members returning for another five-year term include:

  • Bryan Ream – Bryan is the Vice President and CFO for The Mountain Company, a construction company in Vienna, West Virginia. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the Investments Committee for the PACF Board of Directors. He is an active member of The Rock Family Worship Center.
