This award is presented to a graduating senior from Parkersburg High School who has been an outstanding member of the Parkersburg High School football team, with high qualities of personal character and leadership. The award honors Wade Hampton McLean, who was an outstanding Big Red football player and Vice President of the PHS Class of 1941.
