The Thomas N. Taylor - Sarah Scott Memorial Fund was created at the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation in memory of Thomas N. Taylor and Sarah Scott. A scholarship from this fund is awarded to the person who meets the criteria for the Arion Award at Parkersburg High School. The Arion Award recognizes an outstanding music student.
