Founded by Ronald E. Tepley, the fund's purpose is to provide a prize at the Parkersburg Art Center's annual juried exhibition. The prize is to be awarded by the Parkersburg Art Center's annual juried exhibition judge. If such program is not in need of funds in any given year or ceases to exist, the fund shall be used to generally support the Parkersburg Art Center.
