The Robert Foster, Jr. Memorial Fund was established at the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation to provide a scholarship to a graduating student-athlete from Parkersburg South High School. Recipients of this award must exhibit need and must have at least an overall 2.0 grade point average. The recipients must also be enrolled in a post-high school college, university, or vocational program, or any accredited school and not be receiving a full athletic or academic scholarship.
