Established by an anonymous couple, the Mountaineer Children at Risk Fund is designed to support at-risk youth (age 0-21) and programs supporting at-risk youth throughout the Foundation's service area. Examples include programs that provide support to youth who may be: homeless or transient; involved in drugs or alcohol; abused sexually, physically or emotionally; mentally ill; neglected at home or live in stressful family environments; lacking social or emotional supports; or involved with delinquent peers.
