Michael A. Eddy was the son of Elizabeth Wolfe Eddy and the nephew of the late Albert Wolfe, who helped to found the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation. Mr. Eddy established a fund through a bequest from his estate. It is used for the general charitable needs of the community.
