A love for aviation is what sparked the creation of this permanent scholarship fund. Students from Parkersburg Catholic High School in Parkersburg, WV who plan to pursue a degree in the field of aviation have the opportunity for significant financial support thanks to this scholarship.

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected on the basis of overall good academic standing. And the scholarship is renewable for up to five (5) consecutive years.
