The purpose of this this fund is to support the education of Catholic children who are attending Parkersburg Catholic Elementary School. Need for such support shall be determined annually by the Parkersburg Catholic Elementary School Principal in consultation with the Parersburg Catholic Elementary School Financial Manager.
