The Lowell and Wilda Jackson Community Fund, established by Lowell and Wilda Jackson, was the first fund established with RCCF in 1999. This is a donor advised fund, and is intended to support charitable organizations, projects and purposes related to improving the quality of life and/or to historic preservation and beautification of public areas in Ritchie and surrounding counties. Scholarships may also be awarded out of this fund to graduating seniors who reside in the Glendale and Pennsboro areas who want to pursue higher education.
