This fund will provide scholarships to female students who are graduating seniors of Parkersburg High School, who are participating on the PHS girl's soccer team and who are admitted to attend a program of higher education at an accredited institution of learning. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate understanding of the disorder known as Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
