Winans Services and the Winans family established a fund at the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation that recognizes outstanding football players from the Parkersburg High School Big Red Football Team.

The scholarship is awarded to a graduating student-athlete from Parkersburg High School who excelled on the football field. Recipients are selected based on athletic excellence, dedication, academic achievement, and financial need.
