The Homer and Edith Hickman Scholarship was established within the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation for students in the PACF service region, which is Wood, Wirt, Jackson, Ritchie, Pleasants, Doddridge, Calhoun, Gilmer, Roane or Mason counties in WV or Washington County, OH and have graduated from a high school in one of the noted counties.

In order to be considered for this scholarship, students must be already enrolled at an accredited college/university or trade school, student pursuing a master’s program, or student pursuing a graduate program and have received a PACF scholarship as a college freshman.
