The Cynda K. Full Memorial Fund was created by a thoughtful friend to honor the life of Cynda Kay Full.  As a field of interest fund, it provides flexible support to meet the evolving needs and opportunities across the PACF’s service area, with special preference given to Wood County, West Virginia. By addressing local priorities as they arise, this endowed fund ensures that Cynda’s legacy of dedication, warmth, and care for others continues in perpetuity.

This fund is designed to grant the PACF the flexibility to respond to Wood County’s most pressing community needs and promising initiatives.  Whether supporting local nonprofit projects, community development, human services, or educational efforts, the Cynda K. Full Memorial Fund serves as a permanent community resource strengthening Parkersburg and the surrounding region year after year.

Born on May 21, 1942, in Wapakoneta, Ohio, Cynda built a full, vibrant life centered on family, hard work, and community until her passing on January 31, 2026.  She devoted 38 years of distinguished service to Elkem Metals, serving as the administrator for hourly and salary payroll until her retirement.  Beyond her dedicated career, Cynda shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Robert, and cherished every moment spent with her family.

Known for her welcoming personality, Cynda loved traveling, playing cards with "the girls," and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Following Cynda’s passing in 2026, a friend established this fund through the PACF. The Cynda K. Full Memorial Fund stands as a lasting tribute to a woman well loved.
