The Cecile G. Morgan Memorial Fund was established in 2002 by a bequest from Ms. Cecile G. Morgan. This fund supports projects related to the welfare of "poor, destitute and hungry children," in keeping with the sentiments expressed by Ms. Morgan through her Last Will and Testament.
