B. Louise and Ralph Netser Charitable Fund

The B. Louise and Ralph Netser Charitable Fund was established by B. Louise Netser. B. Louise and Ralph Netser were longtime residents of Parkersburg. They owned and operated Netser's Market, and were members of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.

This fund annually supports a variety of charitable programs and organizations, including, but not limited to support of the Nancy Netser Mackley Memorial Scholarship; support of the Good Samaritan Clinic, Inc., in memory of Jerry W. and Estella Affolter; and support in the name of B. Louise and Ralph Netser to St. Paul's United Methodist Church; to St. Paul's United Methodist Food Cooperative-"KoCo" and/or to Parkersburg Urban Ministries program, and; to Camden Clark Memorial Hospital for purpose related to prevention and treatment of cancer.
