Give Local MOV 2026 is a 24-hour, online fundraising campaign that unites our region in support of important local causes. Join us on Tuesday, May 5 as we come together to help area nonprofits raise even more funds and awareness in our 13th annual giving day. The 2025 Give Local MOV campaign raised a record-breaking $531,385 in just 24 hours, and we are excited to see the momentum and impact of this annual campaign continue in 2026.

This year's Give Local MOV event will include 60 area nonprofits that will eligible for special prizes throughout the day. Give Local MOV is powered by the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation with help from local sponsors. 

To participate, visit GiveLocalMOV.org on May 5th, and donate to your favorite nonprofits. If you'd like to support all participating organizations, consider contributing to the Give Local MOV Stretch Pool; your gift will be evenly distributed among all participants. Donations must be made via credit or debit card between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM on May 5 to count toward matching funds and prizes.

This is a game changer in terms of successful fundraising and friend-raising. The Foundation hosts training sessions to help participants navigate the process. It is so gratifying to set goals, try your best to meet them, all the while enjoying and celebrating successes side by side with all the other non-profits!
