The Ritchie County Historic Cemeteries Maintenance Fund In Memory of Claude W. Swadley and Clyde W. Swadley was established with RCCF in 2004. The purpose of the fund is supporting activities related to the maintenance and preservation of historic cemeteries in Ritchie County, specifically including the Moyers Cemetery.
