The Owen T. and Eileen McNeeley Memorial Scholarship is available to veterinary students who are residents of WV and who are enrolled in Veterinary School with an equivalent 3.0 GPA. Applicants must have been recommended by their school to complete this form.
Deadline for application submission is June 1, 2023.
